Yancy has over 15 years of Law Enforcement experience and is the Founder/CEO of Exceeding The Limit LLC. During his law enforcement tenure, Yancy has served in various positions such as Patrol, Community Policing Liaison Officer, Traffic Officer, Interdiction Officer, Crime Scene Analyst, and Instructor. After receiving a life-changing injury in 2016, Yancy shifted his focus to Impaired Driving Enforcement and Training. Yancy has over 2,500 continuing education hours and is recognized as a Master Peace Officer by the State of Texas. Yancy is a SFST (Standard Field Sobriety Test) Instructor, as well  as a certified Drug Recognition Expert(DRE) Instructor Yancy has earned a reputation throughout the United States as being a mentor for law enforcement officers. Attorneys has consulted with Yancy in both criminal and civil cases. Yancy has also testified as an expert witness in civil and criminal cases.
